About CHiLO Library CHiLO Library is a free and Open Educational Resource (OER) developed by "CHiBi-CHiLO." Anyone can use the contents of the library for one's own learning or teaching purposes.
"CHiBi-CHiLO" is a video management system that allows users to combine and customize videos from the internet to create new video content. This personalized approach enables learners to choose the content that best suits them and create an effective learning experience.
